Optical comparitors are employed to verify product consistency on close tolerance parts. This enables us to certify radius, chamfer, thread pitch, thread form, and many other critical attributes associated with highly engineered, close tolerance components.
Level 1 through level 5 PPAP submissions are provided based on customer requirements.
